An avid educator, Baldwin has had a variety of teaching experiences with all age levels.

Through the CAS, Baldwin has been an intern for the New Horizons Orchestra, a nationally recognized organization promoting orchestra playing in their communities. Baldwin has been the Librarian and Viola Sectional Coach for three years. He made his conducting debut with this group in early 2023.
